Attorney Betül Bozkurt serves as Counsel at Lexaria Attorneys at Law and carries into the profession the depth wisdom and judicial clarity earned over a distinguished career that spans nearly four decades. She is a graduate of Nigde Anatolian Teacher High School and Ankara University Faculty of Law where she laid the intellectual foundation that would later guide her through the highest responsibilities of the judiciary.
Following her graduation she dedicated close to forty years to public service as a judge. Over the course of this exceptional judicial journey she was appointed to a wide range of civil courts including civil courts of peace execution courts family courts consumer courts and civil courts of first instance. Her experience culminated in Istanbul where she served as the presiding judge of the commercial court one of the most demanding and strategically significant judicial positions in the country.
Throughout her tenure she delivered thousands of judgments each crafted with the precision fairness and analytical discipline expected of an experienced judge. Her decisions have shaped legal practice across many fields and her courtroom has witnessed the resolution of innumerable disputes encompassing almost every dimension of civil and commercial life.
Following her retirement she obtained her advocate’s license and brought her vast judicial knowledge to private practice. She now contributes her insight to the legal consultancy work of Lexaria Attorneys at Law providing clients with guidance that reflects a rare combination of judicial experience intellectual honesty and measured judgment.
She is also an accredited expert mediator registered in the national Mediators Registry. This role allows her to blend her judicial perspective with the conciliatory dynamics of alternative dispute resolution offering clients a well balanced and effective approach to conflict management.
A native speaker of Turkish and intermediate in English she continues to serve clients with the same integrity clarity and sense of responsibility that defined her years on the bench.
